The delivery timeframe for the services may vary depending on the nature of the service and the provider/partners supplying that service. Kietflow will make every effort to deliver the service within the specified timeframe as stated in the order description but cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
No resolution or refunds can be provided to accounts which have restrictive features such as: Flag for Review Option Enabled, Username Changes or Privacy Enabled [Private Accounts]
Due to the nature of the digital services provided by Kietflow Nigeria, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once a service is ordered and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
By using our services, you totally acknowledge that the services provided are intangible and are delivered instantly or within a short period of time. Therefore, they are exempt from any refund eligibility.
It is your responsibility to carefully review and select the services before making a purchase. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the results, changes in social media algorithms, or any other reasons.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance to purchase any of the services we offer at Kietflow Nigeria
Orders placed on Kietflow Nigeria will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. You may receive a refund credit to your Wallet on the website if the order is non-deliverable. We will not process a refund to your payment method as stated in Section 4 above
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same link/destination. Do not make duplicate orders on the same service for the same link/destination as well. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund nor cancel for such orders.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site.

You shall not create fake orders to cheat the system

If we are not able to determine the rightful owner, we can terminate an account until the resolution between conflicting parties is found. If there are some amounts due, the person or persons determined to be the rightful owners will be obliged to pay them.
All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. No credits for unperformed services are possible. Kietflow Nigeria does not issue either partial or full refunds, including the cases when your services are suspended or terminated before the end of the Services.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided.
